Hi. I had to switch to a different mobo. Went with Gigabyte Aorus Z790 elite ax rev1.0. After some tweaking I was able to score the same score as the other owners of 14700k in Cinebench and other benchmark programs. The issue was due to lack of VRM's and not enough electricity fed to CPU

Yeah it was getting too unstable after the +177mhz so i had to bump the GPU voltage offset to 30% and power target to 114% and it stabilized. Who knows about the future tho? I might be rich I might be homeless but as long as these settings wont damage it then I can rest easy.

why do you suggest i dont go with gigabyte exactly? Every product was top notch so far that I bought from them

MSI was reported to have buggy software and Asrock is awesome however the budget ones all lack wifi module for some reason and buying that extra makes it a better option to get the gigabyte ones

Isn't it suppose to behave normally, but when under load it can reach the 5.8ghz? I dont want it to always run at 5.8Ghz

I found the Gigabyte Z790 D AC Rev 1.0 version for like 10 euros more than the Asrock b760m Steel Series. Is it a better option to hop into the Z790 chipset?

I played a lot of different games and monitored CPU load and temps. Temps dont go above 60 as i mentioned earlier and if the CPU load is around 10-15% i get full speed. But during stress test it drops even further to 4ghz. Some people would call this bottlenecking, some others just wouldnt...
