So the Define R5 has a built in fan controller in the front of he case, i can switch from medium to high no problem but if i switch it back or i i switch to low or from low the PSU shuts down(to save the pc i would guess). I was wondering if i just connected something wrong and what should i do

So after installing a new mobo in my system it got a lot slower( i went from ASrock 970 extreme 3 to the same one but r2.0) I dont really want to reinstall windows because i dont want to lose 500 GB of files and programs/games because with this internet (10down/0.65 up) il never download it again
