[SOLVED] BSODs every 10 seconds. Replaced almost every component.

[SOLVED] For anyone with similar issues, it was the CPU. It passes tests but it is still going bad. Took it to a repair shop and they swapped the chip with an identical. My chip was BSODing the other system and its CPU ran fine on my system. Thank you everyone!

[SOLVED] BSODs every 10 seconds. Replaced almost every component.

Hello! I used OCCT and did a the Power test for 10 minutes. It says it passed. Is it okay that my CPU got up to 100 degrees? I'm now doing Prime95 and don't really know how to use that either but all the instruction vids I watched say to run it for 8+ hours and also to watch the temps and not...

[SOLVED] BSODs every 10 seconds. Replaced almost every component.

I did chkdsk and sfc scannow and virus scans. Do those count? I'm not sure I really test it yet. What is the CPU test? I am only using Windows Defender as antivirus. I'm very tempted to do that, though I feel like it will work perfectly fine while they look at it. It sometimes goes days...

[SOLVED] BSODs every 10 seconds. Replaced almost every component.

After changing those RAM settings in BIOS I went 5 days without a BSOD but just started getting them today. When they happen, they happen non-stop. Eventually the PC just froze and I did a hard reset and I got stuck at 3 different post codes: 04, 08, and 18. After enough resetting I got back...

[SOLVED] BSODs every 10 seconds. Replaced almost every component.

Thank you, those programs are super useful. The voltage for the memory looks like 1.35V. All the temps look in order. CPU averaging 34C. I changed some DIMM timings in BIOS per keith12's advice. Here is a before and after screenshot of HWiNFO.

[SOLVED] BSODs every 10 seconds. Replaced almost every component.

My DIMMs say 16-18-18-36 With everything set to Auto, HWiNFO shows timing 15-15-15-36 I changed DRAM CAS# Latency to 16, DRAM RAS#to CAS# Delay to 18, and DRAM RAS# ACT Time to 36 I changed DRAM Voltage from Auto to 1.350. Next to Auto it showed 1.200V I saved these changed in BIOS HWiNFO shows...

Question Could my CPU be causing all these BSODs?

I will try to contact Microsoft and Intel both. Nothing is overclocked.

[SOLVED] BSODs every 10 seconds. Replaced almost every component.

The DIMMs came as a 4 x 8 kit. I just now did a CMOS clear. All the pins in the socket look good. I don't really know my way around BIOS. Everything is set to factory and is mostly showing "Auto" for everything. BCLK Frequency : DRAM Frequency Ratio___________Auto (100:133 and 100:100 are...

[SOLVED] BSODs every 10 seconds. Replaced almost every component.

If the CPU is failing would it crash just as often in Safe Mode? I only have like 5 or so crashes total in Safe Mode instead of every 10 secs in normal.

[SOLVED] BSODs every 10 seconds. Replaced almost every component.

If nobody can help me here I'm probably going to end up buying another CPU but I want to make it a last resort. I'll start checking for warranty anyway.

[SOLVED] BSODs every 10 seconds. Replaced almost every component.

I don't think I have tried 2 DIMMS. I have tried singles in every slot and also one Gskill from a known working machine and a single Hyperx as well. Should I go ahead and try 2?

    Question PC resetting randomly

I thought maybe the budget m.2 ssds were to blame so I swapped them for a working SATA ssd. It crashed while loading from a USB stick Windows installer. I pulled out the hard drive and it still was getting BSODs from just the USB stick. It has to be hardware now, right? It's not RAM or a drive...
