My cpu is 11900K. I want to oc the cpu to 51x, looks like it stable at 1.45v and 85'C. Not 1.45v at all time, I'am using offset instead of manual and cstate on, 1.45v is the maximum voltage reading from HW. Normally, the voltage were running at around 1.4v. Please give me some advice
