So thats whats on the screen on my laptop i was installing win8 from usb everything was going smooth now its on the last part and got stuck if i power it off and power it back on it goes straight back to this. I have scoured google for hours but no solution. I NEED HELP I HAVE A USELESS LAPTOP...
