Hello,1600af doesen t boost beyond 3475,i ve undervolted it to 1.2,also with everything on auto doesen t boost beyond 3475,i ve tried 3 times in a row windows installation,different windows version,even windows 7,i ve saw multiple people with same problem,all drivers installed,its on ryzen...

If i search my gpu,it shows absoluty zero,its xfx rx 470 8gb,in fact,it haves performance to a rx 470 4gb,but mine has extra 4gb,which i can use them,but i can t find info about this gpu,i found only 1 vbios,which isn t verified. RX-470P85 VC.0 shows on the sticker,and its a legit...

I know,i ddu drivers in safe mode,installed for amd,still nothing,ddu again in safe mode,installed for gtx 780,bios splash screen appears,rx 470 works fine in every game,not having a problem,but i don t know why with amd gpu,bios splash screen doesen t appear..

So,i have a320ma pro max,which,splash screen doesen t appear with rx 470,but with gtx 780,it shows fine and boots fine,the rx 470 works fine,but,what cause this and how can i fix this?

So,Speecy gives me 30 at idle and 42 underload at mobo temperature,but the logo doesen t appear,i don t know what to do to show that boot logo,i did remove cmos battery,waited 5 minutes or more,and plug back in,but nothing..

Should i increase the voltage up to 1.290?

So,i ran 2 cinebench r20 to see cpu and mobo temperature,cpu maxed out at 56,and mobo at 42,but i got 100pts less,voltage its set to 1.280 by me(default was around 1.35-1.4)

Its enable,but,its just black screen,but the pc boots fine to windows,i m gonna come back in a few minutes with temps from speccy
