It won't even start spinning fans anymore. Pressing power button doesn't do anything.

It's an old Intel Pentinum core i2, with 3 ddr3 RAM sticks, 2 of them defaultly built in 512mb each and one 2gb ddr3, which has been running well on that pc for quite a while now. Shouldn't be the problem. I made sure everything is where it should be inside pc build, also tried changing dmm's...

My problem is that after changing RAM frequency in BIOS settings from 667 mhz to 800 mhz, my pc won't boot up anymore. Not far enough for me to change it back to defaults. I also tried taking out the cmos battery, but that didnt work. I'm afraid it could've done some permanent hardware damage.
