Hi i got an i3 4170 , and dont know why but im having yellow triangles un my cpu cores in device manager i clicked and it says :A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32) , can u guys help me fixing it ?

I downloaded manual instruction and I plugged it in JFP2 and nothing changed , im pretty disapointed :(

my bios aren't up to date theyr'e 03/30/2015 i need to update them yes ?
