i really don't know what to do now

i just tested with resolution change it didn't make difference bcz well its poorly optimized game and its really high demanding video game my CPU usage was at 100% RAM was at 100% GPU Was at 55% to 70% at best

still don't know if worth it or not :(

my motherboard is Gigabyte b365 HD3 idk if its support overclocking or not

see here is the thing with a game like star citizen i can't tell even if i drop the graphic settings down they don't matter but my RAM usage is all the way up to 100% i can fix that by adding ram i know but ...... my CPU usage is all the up to 100% at 3.90 Ghz

hi so recently i was thinking of upgrading ? my CPU from a I5 9400F to I9 9900K is it worth the upgrade or not my GPU is 1660 Super / 16 GB ram / am i gonna notice any different ? in FPS ? or any noticeable difference bcz u see am playing games like (Star citizen ) and ( Icarus ) people...
