It is likly related to the OC, but double check your ram and graphics card to be sure. Power consumption heightens with OC so be sure you has a large enough supply to manage the OC with all the other components

Did you, by any chance whatsoever, shock the mobo accidentally with static? It can be very easy to do and could ruin the whole rig:(
