17604 installed on top of 17040 but disk defragment optimize not working. Windows 10 pro.

It worked perfectly on version 14983. Error "the disk check could not be performed because windows can't access the disk" windows pro 10 x 64 after updated to build 15007 and 15014 from 14983 (which is fine and okay).

Correct. Actually a friend who is a windows 10 Microsoft approved insider converted the ESD to ISO and came and installed it for me with his Cd. Thanks again for your kind support.

I tried all the steps but was not successful. I then downloaded build 15014 ISO and burned it to a CD. I then installed it successfully from the CD.

Windows 10 insider preview 15014 just would not download. Giving the above error. Error 0x80096004.
