I have an msi radeon amd rx480 4gb gpu. I downloaded the update in the amd website and when I installed it. I opened amd radeon settings and this error pops up "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing" I cant open my radeon settings anymore. Please help
