Honestly telling for this budget range you should go for nzxt s340 white or black whichever u like Building a pc in this chassis is super easy and great for cable management with a full transparent side panel..... Then you also get an HDMI port(cool Na^_^). Nd u can connect a vr headset right...

U said u have 400 budget for upgrade so I think u live in us so. 400 that's easy. U can get a ryzen 3 1300x 130$. And a GB gaming 3 Mobo for 100 and lastly 1050 ti 155$(GB or evga) which makes 385 u can buy a Asus b350 for 10$ less and investing on ram or maybe 20$ less for matx...
