yeah ive tried all of those options, tried changing the download settings for all of the applications, tried changing adapter settings etc, the download speed hit 70mbs earlier but then shot back down to 20. it also has a problem with the download hitting 0. when i check the network performance...

steam,riot,blizzard, just games in general. the speedtest shows im getting the correct speed but when i start a download i only get like 10mbps I should be getting a lot more. i tried downloading a game on my mac through wifi and I was getting 175mbps

I had 5 gig google fiber installed today, my pc is hooked up to ethernet. My motherboard is capped at 2.5gig ethernet. Did speed tests and they show 2500mbps up and down but when i try to download anything it only downloads at 10-20mbps. Ive watched atleast 20 youtube videos trying to figure it...
