I had a similar issue like this in the past. You might want to try testing your psu with the jumper test.

Thank you for your reply. I downloaded and installed userbenchmark successfully. Now it keeps crashing at GPU test. First it crashed at the plane scene, next was the 3D bricks and so on. Seems like after every crash it keeps "improving" a bit.
