I managed to fix it, i uninstalled all the windows audio drivers and booted in safe mode then installed the realtek drivers. after a reboot windows managed to self install the rest. Thanks for trying to help though.

my realtek was giving some issues so i tried reinstalling and it failed so i played around with some of the audio setting and stuff. Regret was had, but now i need to fix it... Formatting is kind of the last thing it want... All i need is the drive, but i cant seem to find it anywhere

there are no disabled devices, my audio does not work atm due to the fact that i uninstalled the audio device on high definition audio bus and are unable to find drivers for it, the windows self update fails too

So I, for some reason, uninstalled the audio device on high definition audio bus at device manager and are unable to reinstall the driver. Where do i find the driver for it? thanks
