You may be trying to install the beta of the AMD drivers. Try installing the latest stable version

Try updating to the latest drivers. Then boot into safe mode and uninstalling the drivers from there. Take the wireless card out and boot. If there are any problems booting get hold of your windows install disc and run the startup repair to find any errors

Have you tried doing this in safe mode?

One way to get around the not being able to load bootable disc is creating bootable USBs. I never use a DVD for things like Windows installs anymore

Open cmd.exe as an administrator, then type winsat formal and press enter. Once it has finished try running your Windows experience again

Also, try loading it in Diagnostic mode to see if the error comes up again
