ok so i bought a ps vita from a friend fac reset it when i got home then usrally when you get to the sign into psn it pops up with all the wifis but in my case it says cant coonnect to acces point which is dumb becuase it had wifi at my friends house right before i bought it ive looked around...

I get that but I don't want to drop 200 dollars on this card if it wont work I have seen multiple posts of people only going for lower end gpu's mentioning the mother board with the same dell optiplex 790 mt.

Would I be able to fit a msi gtx 970 oc in dell optiplex 790 mt? The specs are an i5 2400 3.1ghz and 8gbs of ram and upgrading my power supply to a 500 watt psu and finally a jc32f mother board Thank you
