i did what you said and worked. i checked both regedit and msconfig. they have same properties setting and everything about admin. i think problems like this never solves. your answer is only a skip way, not solve. whatever its good for now i can run gtav with a single click. thanks

using defragmentor is not important for now. yes it must be run by anyone. this is my problem. it wont run with single click. i have to run it with "run as administrator". i dont have any user on this pc except me. and surely i am admin.

exactly my question is: why do i have open msconfig with "run as administrator". while i can open regedit with "single click"

oh then i have to find defragmenter and create a shortcut from it. well its better to find a way to remove "drive tool tab". cause it will be useless.

hi after a windows (7) install. some apps such disk defragmenter or gtav or msconfig requires right click, run as administrator, and open or left click does nothing, or wont run the program. but single click on pes2017 or re2 or regedit, works and program runs. im the only user and admin. thanks.
