NO, No you didn't offend me in any way, but this Idea of mine has a hole in it. The USB provides only 5 Straight volts. The fan is rated for 12V, so I want to increase the voltage so that the fan is consuming 12V from a USB which provides 5V.
I already have a pad but it's crap and I even tried your idea once with no result (maybe because the pad is shit). And if you say: Why don't you just buy a new one?

It worked. I used a USB with Windows 10 to first format the drive and then I installed a fresh OS. Everything is fine - the drive is detected and tere aren't any crashesh.

Basically i have a GTX 1060 6GB and when I started overclocking it I found that my base Memory Clock Speed is 4007Mhz, but on the manufacturers website shows that it's Clock Speed is 8007Mhz.
Should I be concerned about this?
