Okay i found out that the cpu is always running between 2100-3500rpm, which is fast im guessing because all other fans are running around 300-900rpm. Now i just need to find out how to bloody reduce the rpm on it, speed fan isnt picking up any of my fans :(.

I just got the computer 2 days ago, isnt that a bit pointless?

I have 3 fans from what i can see not including my gpu fans. the noise seems to be coming from the Corsair H80i Liquid Cooling fan the most but also the front case fan on the psu. I can't afford to spend money on something if it's not gonna 100% fix the noise.
