Do you plan to SLI/Crossfire at any point? If so, the 1060 is out of the question. But as it stands, the 480 has lagged behind the 1060 in most benchmarks. Not to mention, the 1060 is more power efficient as well. So, if you want better overall performance with a single card, the 1060 is the way...

And what CPU from that list would be similar or slightly better than the AMD Athlon X2 5200+ without being too expensive? All of them are pretty much Out of Stock on the major sites so I would be buying from eBay.
