I think it is. Last night I changed it to high powered settings and turned off every sleep setting possible. It happened again, but differently. The screen turned off, but USB connections worked and I could turn the PC off with the power button. I just couldn't get the screen to show.

It is a fresh install. I'm using a Samsung 850 Evo SSD.
