yes. I put them in the other configuration aswell and it still didnt work

Im refreshing my old build with a new cpu, mobo, ram and ssd. I got everything and put it together, but it now wont boot (even to just bios) with my 2 new sticks of ram. it runs fine with 1 though. It gives me a red led labeled cpu when i try 2 sticks. I confirmed that its not the actual ram...
