Was told once by EVGA to go into my bios and watch the voltage on the 12V rail. If it fluctuates more than once every 15-20 seconds, it's probably a bad power supply. Mine was fluctuating often, but I switched to an older GPU and got none, yet I still have the same problem as you.

The real reason I'm trying to get into the BIOS is because I plugged in my GTX 660 and it powers on, but I don't get any video either from the motherboard output where I normally do, or from the video card.
