It was T Mobile. They changed permissions, must have done it when they switched me to T Mobile from Sprint. They did it in permissions. Even my phone was restricted to some things never before restricted.

My daughter, 21 years old, texted me a picture, where her phone in General settings went to restricted mode. My wife and other daughter iphones are fine. What would cause it to go into restricted mode, with no way to change it? This just started this morning as she tried to watch a yotube...
