I know this is an old thread now but i had to reply to say thank you! Just upgraded my gpu from an RTX 2060 to a 4070 super and was absolutely plagued with lag. Mucked about with drivers, DDU, chipset and BIOS, nothing. But then i came across your post an BINGO! that did the trick. Thank you again 🙏
