Went in and enabled cms and it booted right up thanks to everyone for the help :)

Sooo So how do I check for a bios update can I put the update on a usb drive and so it through that?

I just swapped out my old cpu (ryzen 7 3800x) to a Ryzen 9 5900x and my pc will only boot into bios and doesn’t recognize any bootable drives I switched back to the old cpu and same problem. Windows is installed on my m.2 ssd drive. Full specs below for anyone wondering Asus tuf gaming X570...
