Try going into your nvidia control panel click on global settings and look for power management mode and selecting prefer maximum performance > adaptive. Just an idea to toss out there not sure if it'll help.

Sorry for the late response I'll try this I actually just put the razor mouse brand new in a drawer and gave up, but I did recently update my bios due to it becoming corrupted from a breaker tripping oddly. I'll try it out.

Figured it out thanks to a member of the community. I had a corrupt bios which I would have never guessed. Everything's working flawlessly.
