It doesn't really matter. I'm okay with Intel or AMD, but preferably a AMD cpu as I have a Ryzen. If it's Intel, it won't bother me at all.

I'm looking for any motherboard that has sli. Preferably ATX but E-ATX is ok. I have the EVGA Pro SLI 2 Slot bridge and I'm trying SLI but I can't find one that has two pci slot spacing to support two gpus. Yes, I know SLI isn't worth it but I'm experimenting. No TR sockets or 2011 sockets...

I prefer just micro atx cases and doesn't matter if the psu shroud is black or white. I don't really like ugly spaces

There are timings on the actual ram itself. So I read the labels, copied it. Even the voltage. In my case, the labels were 16 - 18 - 18 - 36. I proceeded to disable XMP and tried 16 - 18 - 18 - 18 - 36 and 1.35 voltage, finally worked

My ram is not setting at 3200mhz. It's stuck at 2133mhz. I tried setting the timings myself, turning on XMP and it won't work. What do I do? I use a Ryzen 5 2600 16gb of Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro

Ryzen 3 1200 is still a capable CPU imo. Also, if it were up to me, I'd rather spend the money on the psu and then save for a new gpu. But that's just my opinion, and you could order used gpu.
