Also try booting into safemode and disabling all of the drivers and see if one of those is the cause of the problem. if it is just go through and find the ne that is causing it and shut it off

Here's a quick friendly trick. Price match it at a store that has coupons to amazon.com and use the coupon. Most stores will allow you to get it and you will get the best price on it.

Looks good. Should work fine. Power supply may be a bit weak for expand ability but the motherboard form factor does too.

I know this might not work but did you try unplugging and plugging it back in while windows was running?
