It's the 64 bit version of Windows 7. I've used two different copies of it, and it fails the downloads every time. I installed two different versions of the 32 bit Windows 7 and it works just fine. Windows 7 32 bit won't meet my needs.

Thanks LFK, gave it one more shot but I've got no change on my end. Frustrating as hell and another 150$'s down the drain on the replacement mobo.

Went with MSI.

I've never encountered an issue because of the mobo and ISP... seems strange. But, I can't really argue as I've no idea anymore either. Updated the BIOS and Chipset, disabled the network throttling, disabled the network autotuning... Just weird as hell.

Downloaded and installed, no change.

BIOS update didn't do anything to help

How do I update the chipset? I'm updating the BIOS now.

Well during my downtime I put the old build back together, used a 32-bit version of Win7 (which blows) but it worked just fine. It's just really strange that these things won't all get along.

Sorry this took a while to get back to- I RMA'd the motherboard, got a new one sent out to me, and I'm still experiencing the same issues. Is it possible that the OS is the issue for some strange reason and just isn't compatible with the Mobo?
