So I tried all the BIOS versions starting from 2613. Cleared CMOS for all. However, my PC didn't boot with older versions. It would start for like 10seconds and then shut off. No POST. It only works with BIOS version 3035 and 3040.
But the original problem still remains, there is no fTPM detected.
I wasn't given any message to clear the fTPM either during my first boot. Even after I took out my processor and put it back to see if it works, I didn't get that message. I know the message you are referring to, and it's weird that it's just not working. I am gonna try to downgrade the bios...

I used the bios version 3040 that comes with AGESA PI 1.2.0.2 and that's the latest one.
And, yes I cleared CMOS after flashing.
About the new CPU, I mean Ryzen 9 9950x was released recently and the motherboard might not have the support for fTPM yet. That's what I am thinking but not...
