I just installed a GTX 1060 6GB to replace my GTX 750 TI and I feel like I am not getting a very good performance increase. In Battlefield 1 I can't get over 40 FPS on Medium-high settings. I have done a clean driver install as well for the gpu. These are my full specs: GTX 1060 FX 8300 12 GB RAM

According to my BIOS it says my RAM speed is 1333 Mhz. Is that talking about all RAM sticks in my system? And also in CPU-Z it only says Channel# Dual not Dual Asynchronous
