I just got "Reference by pointer" BSOD. I was wondering what could be causing this as i'm unsure what could be. so any help towards this problem would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

The HID-compliant consumer control device has not went away and has now appeared in the other devices as a Unknown device with a yellow triangle! When opening the unknown device it says This device is not configured correctly (Code 1)

So I go on Skype and start a call and I am unable to use my mic. I try disconnecting it and trying it in different USB slots and making sure it was connected properly but it still doesn't work. I restart my computer and when it turns back I get BSOD (I dont know if this has anything to do with...
