Try updating your drivers for the motherboard chipset using Device Manager. Get these drivers from Intel or your motherboard manufacturer

Find out the native resolution of the TV. If it is 1080p then it should be able to run the pc at that resolution. How is it connected to the PC? HDMI or VGA? If you want 1080p (and the tv supports it) you probably have to use HDMI and mess around with the settings in your graphics options on the...
