So far the bios update to 1104 has solved the problems, ill report back within a week or two and post whether or not i experience any more crashes

The bios versions is 0904 x64 I'll install the latest bios and see if that solves my problems.

Could just be a bad driver issue, try uninstalling the graphics driver and reinstalling, if this doesn't work try moving the card to a different pci slot if possible, if your still having problems try a reformat and install the drivers again, if all of that fails i would assume the cards faulty.
