    I've got a couple Linksys routers , WRT54g , old routers with removable antennas. I put DD-Wrt on one of them . I searched a few vids on what you describe. Thanks for the heads up . This seems like the simplest way. I will use one of my old WRT54G Linksys routers on the ethernet cable upstairs...

    P6T-SE tried upgrade 3x2Gb to a 3x4Gb 12Gb kit , wont boot, no beeps, black screen.

    Google Chrome being really (and I mean REALLY) SLOW

    same prob here ...chrome slow as molasses. disabled hardware acceleration as suggested above, closed and restarted chrome...NO LUCK . Firefox and IE are almost instantaneous wheresas chrome takes 5-10 seconds to load some bookmarked pages ...some load in maybe 3 seconds ...it's late, will try...
