UPDOOT: installed windows 8.1 pro nice and fresh, installed only gta v wqhl driver from nvidia, runs rock solid, until i tried to install samsung magician software, and it all went downhill from there, the crash issue started once again, kms.

As for diagnostics, tested with AIDA 64 and Intel burn test, highest temperatures were 60c over the course of 2 hours, no problems, furmark for 1 hour, no glitches, nothing.

Also, it crashes trying to install logitech gaming software in safemode and same with CUE. Idk wtf is happening and it's really pissing me off.

What do you mean by diagnostics, but yeah tested memory using memsched.exe, perfectly fine, and everything running on bios defaults, no overclocks, no xmp.

Yeah already tried in windows 10 (which does not need a 3.0 adapter driver) and windows 8.1 without the 3.0 driver, no dice
