[SOLVED] Getting less fps than expected

I ended up grabbing the 3600 corsair vengeance, the system doesn;t seem to be stable while I had it set at 3600, it kept randomly crashing, but I did get it to boot. I went into BIOS and set the speed to 3200 and the system seems to be stable now and I do see some improvement in fps so that's...

[SOLVED] Getting less fps than expected

Okay, I'll hold off on the cpu for now, probably to just try better RAM for the time being and see if that fixes it before spending the money for a processor. What RAM should I go with? Looking at reviews of high speed RAM I'm seeing a lot of complaints.

[SOLVED] Getting less fps than expected

I reran the test again after making sure all background processes were off and clearing some space from my drive. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/48738217 Not sure why the test still isn't finishing. I think for the time being I'm going to upgrade the cpu and see if I get any noticeable...

[SOLVED] Getting less fps than expected

1.) I reran the test multiple times making sure the browser was closed, there may've been something else running in the background. 2.) Every time I run the test it doesn't finish, I'm guessing this is because there isn't enough storage on the SSD, but I don't think that's whats limiting fps...

[SOLVED] Getting less fps than expected

I don't believe I do, looking at my task manager it says it is running at 2133MHz Update: I went into bios and turned on XMP to 2400MHz, there may have been a slight improvement but not very noticeable if any.

[SOLVED] Getting less fps than expected

Hello, I've realized recently that I'm getting less fps than I think I should be in Valorant with my current setup. The fps hovers around 140 and can stutter down below 100 at times, which really shouldn't be happening with such an easy to run game. I've run UserBenchmark and I'll link it here...

    [SOLVED] PC randomly Restarting

From every source I can see the 1050 is about half the wattage of my card? I ordered a new psu yesterday (ill need a new one soon anyways and it's significantly cheaper than a new gpu) it should be here by monday so I'll update then.

    [SOLVED] PC randomly Restarting

So I switched out my gpu for my roommates and the problem completely went away. The only problem is he has a much smaller gpu that I would think pulls a lot less power so I don't think it really helps pin down whether its the gpu or my psu. I checked all the pins on my card including the pcie...
