You are Right. In safe mode everything is fine. or disabling graphics card is doing the trick. tell me if there any solving method without changing the graphics card.

While loading a software it is occurring and after that with mouse movement this is increasing. when I place mouse on some item it is not in the pointer but elsewhere the dizzy dots are creating destortion. Plz Help me. How to get rid of this? I updated everything, reset the graphics card...
