They were on clearance at Micro Center. Looked basically brand new, just both had the exact same wonky wheel. Even my current mouse wheel has issues sometimes with scrolling, but not as annoying as this.

I just checked their website and couldn't find a single one. What happened? They had the best cheap USB mics you could find. Where did they go?

It's definitely internal, not software. Could the sensor that senses the rotation be dirty or something?

This was basically 1 step up from clearance at Micro Center. Pretty sure there is no warranty. I have a gaming mouse from about 6 years ago, but I wanted something with more buttons, and this was a crazy good deal. I would prefer to fix it than return it.
