    Yes, the noise comes from the GPU, also the whine happens exactly when there's a change of UI, for example scrolling

    I recently upgraded to an RTX 3070 Ti and I’m having coil whine when scrolling through a website on chrome, the GPU usage spikes from 0% to 6% when scrolling I understand some coil whine is normal when the GPU is under high load but is it normal when there’s low usage? like on chrome for example?

    The only thing I don’t like about the Acer one is that is a TN display which for what I know has terrible colors and very poor viewing angles , should this be a major concern?

    But if the pixel is gray, ¿Is dead or stuck? I know pixels in green, red or blue are stuck, and black ones are dead, but what´s the case if is gray or half one color, half another?

    I bought a used monitor (Dell P2217H) and it came with this defect, I can´t return it becasue is used I don´t know if are dead or just stuck pixels, i investigate and apparently, stuck pixels can be fixed via software One is grey and other is half blue and half red
