Yes, the noise comes from the GPU, also the whine happens exactly when there's a change of UI, for example scrolling

I recently upgraded to an RTX 3070 Ti and I’m having coil whine when scrolling through a website on chrome, the GPU usage spikes from 0% to 6% when scrolling I understand some coil whine is normal when the GPU is under high load but is it normal when there’s low usage? like on chrome for example?

So if all clients/devices connect to the access point could that help to relase at least some load from the main router?
