Yes, I still have stutters. I might have had less, but still enough to make it a frustrating experience. There's literally no other games I experience this with. It might be of note that the stutters are worse the more players are closeby, but they never go fully away.

Not really. I've always had some stutters, but its been a while since I played it (a lot around release). But it seems to be way worse now than some years ago.

The cooler has been changed out with an identical cooler at some point a couple of years ago, as the old one went bust and I got a new one on warranty. Checking temps it looked ok. 5600x and 12400 are not too far away in price (200$ vs 240$ respectively) I assume they're in the proper slots...

The only thing I can think of that could possibly have "interfered" would be dust, a spider or moisture (I live in a one-room apartment, and when I shower the humidity gets pretty high). The PSU was also bought in 2014 and my computer sees high usage.

I believe it was bought in 2014. Though that likely isn't the problem, as the same problem persists without the RAM.
