Those are very reputable ram sticks and have been in my personal category of best ram for mid range users. It is definitely a safe buy but if you may want to go the extra mile and snag some extra fast ram sticks as they wont be to under powered with ddr5 on the horizon in late 2019.

no problem

it will pause, unless it doesn't come back up for about a couple hours then it will probably shut off. The people watching will only see the screen freeze for however long the wifi cuts and then it will resume. Though it could be a little choppy while reconnecting.

make sure all the therrmal paste is removed from the bottom of the cpu and socket. The cpu pins are very delicate and I would take no risks when it comes to the pins.

Your ram is pretty slow at only 2137 MHz but i think your GPU is very expensive compared to your other parts.

I didn't know wifi adapters go onto your motherboard I thought they just went by usb.

yeah the switch to Intel wasn't a terrible choice but AMD is usually better because it is more budget in general.
