I just built a pc with a gtx 950, 8gb ddr3, and an and fx 6300. I want to have 1 ssd and 1 hdd. My psu is 480 watts. I'm pretty sure that I am not exceeding the wattage limit. When I try to use my ass AND my hdd it doesn't start. When I unplug the hdd, it starts fine. What is the problem here?
