Well, my CPU temps are around 60c when gaming and my GPU is at about 70-73c with my custom fan profile (stock was at 82c). Also, I think it's worth mentioning that my GPU usage is always at 0% no matter what I do.

I understand that it is very difficult to conceal and such. What I don't understand is how come I almost didn't realize it before but now it's pretty apparent.

Did you fix your problem? I have the same problem I think. I have extreme amounts of flickering even though I use the highest possible AA option.
