It's working now - it seems I forgot to remove the old drivers for the old mobo :pt1cable: I reinstalled Win7, and voila, no problems. It's studpid to suddenly forget 20 years of experience just because of the excitement of the new shardware :D

Weird...I just transferred the file via BT to my own cell, it worked flawlessly...I had just uninstalled IE7 and upon restart, Windows stated that it had recovered from a critical error...I'm really, really confused :S

Could it be faulty RAM? ONe of my RAM modules are faulty, but could the other RAM block be affected?

Well, I doubt dust buildup because it is a few days old :S With the case open, I haven't had any problems yet, so it might be a poor airflow...the CPU temp is maybe a bit high; opening the case reduced the temp by 6-7 degrees Celsius
