    PSU enough for rig?

You'd only need at most a 500w PSU for that build, so that 630w model you picked is more than enough.

Intel Pentium G645 vs Intel Pentium G2020

The G2020 will be a little bit better as it uses the newer Ivy Bridge architecture.

    APU Richland Compatible Requirments, HELP

There isn't going to be much of an performance increase between Trinity and Richland. The next APU after that (Kaveri) is supposed to be significantly improved since it will have "Steamroller"-based cores.

Searching for the right CPU for me

In your case, the bare minimum I'd recommend is an i5. Design and animation tasks require at least 4 cores, and the i3 just isn't up to the task. The i7 adds hyper-threading and could speed things up a bit more, but they cost ~$100 more and you're on a budget as it is.

Do Integrated Graphics make a CPU hottter?

To answer the original question about iGPU and temps, I'll add this: i5-3350p (no iGPU) = 69w TDP i5-3570K (HD 4000) = 77w TDP So the integrated graphics should add 8 watts, which isn't really that much.

    CPU- i5-2500k vs 3570 vs 3570k

Can't overclock with a H77 board, but the 2500K would work at stock speed.

Is this the correct estimated Wattage on pcpartpicker?

The i5-3570 is a 77w TDP chip, and the GTX 670 is a 170w TDP graphics card. Throw in all the other hardware, and that looks just about right. Everyone over-estimates what size PSU they truly need. You could easily get away with a high-quality 450-500w PSU and save some money.

Extra HDD for my 600w PSU?

HDDs use less than 10 watts when being actively accessed, 1-3 watts on standby. One more HDD shouldn't put any appreciable strain on your PSU.

Sensible upgrade path for gaming PC

Adding a 120GB SSD would certainly speed up boot/loading times compared to a standard hard drive. Other than that, I really don't see much that can be improved upon by enough of a margin to justify the cost. That's a pretty good "Sandy Bridge"-era rig, and even the upcoming Haswell chips...

    I3 vs I5 with gpu

If you're running your games on a 1080p monitor, you might be better served getting an i3-3220 ($120) + 7850 ($170). It's really the lowest-spec card that's capable of 1080p at decent settings...

    Upgrading & need help

Both the HIVE and CAPSTONE series from Rosewill are good. It's their models that are below a 80PLUS Bronze rating that aren't worth suggesting.
