This was not a used PC, it arrived brand-new and I'd bought it from B&H. What I meant earlier by "I'd have no way of knowing whether there was an intel processor in here at some point" was more just to say that I had no idea why the intel driver was there.
I've added one to the Megasync folder I linked in the original post. At least, I assume that it's what you're referring to - a roughly 2.5GB file named MEMORY.dmp?
